By Neurodivergent Brains
ND+ is a specialized psychotherapy clinic that is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to neurodivergent clients utilizing The Neurodiversity Paradigm. Our clinic is uniquely prepared to meet the needs of neurodivergent clients plus (+) the intersectional challenges they often face.
We work with folks who have a neurodivergent diagnosis (like ADHD, ASD, or OCD), who self-diagnosis or self-identify as neurodivergent, who are curious about a possible diagnosis, or who want to learn more about the way their brain works without a diagnosis.

What Sets us Apart
-
Dr. Conrad has extensive clinical experience and training related to the treatment of Neurodiversity and the intersections of trauma, queer identity, and relationships.
-
No AI tools are used in the clinical work provided by ND+. The inclusion of AI is minimized wherever possible and additional steps are taken to protect your information. You will always talk directly to your provider.
-
Our approach to psychotherapy prioritizes building a safe, professional relationship between you and your provider. The quality of this relationship will inform and nurture the psychotherapy work.
-
Therapeutic modalities used by our providers are tailored to the unique needs of the clients and take the client’s specific experiences, identities, and goals into consideration. We tend to look at underlying patterns, emotional processes, and the impact of larger cultural systems in addition to symptoms a client may be experiencing.
-
Each provider works as a part of a treatment team made up of other mental health providers. We established this model to help manage individual provider blindspots and biases and to create an environment where collaboration leads to better client outcomes. As a group, we are also comfortable working with other, external care providers to help clients benefit from coordinated health care.
-
All of our providers identify as queer and neurodiverse. These identities inform what interventions are suggested and how therapy is conducted. For example, all of our intake forms use gender neutral language and take a non-pathologizing, non-judgmental approach. We take the creation and maintenance of a safe, healing space seriously because we know what unsafe spaces feel like.
